What is the difference between 7600GS and 7600GT

Hey I was browsing my computer hardware shop and I am thinking about getting a 7600, 7800 or something like that but I wanted to know what the difference was between GS and GT.

Please help :)

7600GS is noticeable slower

Geforce 7600GS 400Mhz GPU DDR2 400Mhz (12.8gb/s)
Geforce 7600GT 560Mhz GPU GDDR3 700Mhz (22.40gb/s)
