|  Dokter divx: not freeware, very easy Virtual dub: freeware, not easy (as in: do some decent reading for an hour or two) Have tried a lot of progs, i liked dokter divx most because of the simplicity. Forgot: doesn't Windows XP movie maker convert stuff ?
