hey
i have a problem that is getting on my nerves.
once or twice a month AL the internet (telenet) connections block and we have to wait a half hour,sometimes more.
we have telenet quatro so we do it the legal way and 2 computers online.
the CABLe goes in the modem,then to the switch (first port) and then the other computers are connected to the other spare ports.

does anybody has the same problems?
win2k on the first pc
win 98se on second one.
any tips?calling telenet is not a option "your modem seems to work fine,,,maybe call software related problems(0900 nr))
win2k is freshly formatted so ist not the sofware .

do you got a firewall on???

telenet contacts your pc a few times per month, but if your firewall blocks that, you'll lose your connection

you can call the pay number, it's also hw they can check

dunno ever tried it with another HUB
