Re-installed psu in home-pc: no problems anymore ... tried turning it on and off 3 times ... no hiccups ... for now. I might have to call the electricity firm as i discovered the 220V we should be getting, fluctuates between 200V and 220V. That may have caused the pc not to start. To be continued
