And I'm stuck at repair-job

By the way, Marv1n, any progress?

Thanks all!

I just finished the XP install on the drives in a non raid config, and all is well.

Next question

I'm baseline benching the rig, and got 66609 aquamarks, 4590 3dmarks in 3dmark05, and 12,600 in 3dmark 03.

How would one go about tweaking for additional performance?

Thanks again - you guys rock!
