I'm searching for a list with motherboards with onboard LAN who support PXE booting.

Yep,

problem is that even in the manuals of motherboards that support PXE (for example an abit VA-10 or msi KT6delta) you don't find anything about it.

perhaps you could mail tech support of your favorite motherboard makers about this ...
