Default problem with nvRAID

i have a problem with the nvidia raid service, when xp starts (fresh install) it gives me this error: "Raid Service US English Resources has encountered a problem and needs to close." which terminates the process. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this? I myself think it is driver related, but i used the drivers that came with the DFI Lanparty nf4 SLI-DR mobo.
