Overburning Problem

Ok, let's throw a software problem at this forum..
I want to burn a 702 MB file on a CD (80mins), and it won't work ;)

I usually have no problems overburning at all (sometimes untill 705 mB), but this one just won't work. I set my overburning settings to 83 minutes, used Disk-at-once and no Multisession, and no luck (in Nero)

Any other tools that support overburning? Or solutions?
Cutting credz is not an option, coz it's CD2 of a 3 CD "backup package"

not an option, I burned bigger files before (burning a 704 mb file at the moment e.g.), so..

if he doesn't want to write ONE file of 702mb, but he does it with no problem on another file of >702mb, then there is reason to suspect the 702mb is corrupt, and when trying to burn it, the software will read the file size incorrect due to the errors in the file, and will fail with the error message the software will "suspect" is causing the problem

checked on crc en freezeframes, no errors..
