Default not enough power on the +3.3v line

I finally found the error in my pc which made me leave madlan earlier than planned.

MBM5 says that my +3.3v is only +2.61v
would it be the psu that give less power, or would it be a condensator on the motherboard?

I'm thinking to connect a other psu to my system and hope that the problem is solved then.
If it is the psu that give the problems then that's my seconde Enermax that refuses to work well.
My first enermax was dead on arivall and this one is not yet a year old. So if the psu is the problem, no enermax then for me anymore!

i hooked up my mobo to an other psu and i still have 2.61v on my 3.3v line.

sometimes i feel electricity on my case of my computer.
Normally it would be impossible, but i'm thinking that there is leaking electricity and maybe via my slk900 to the backplate of the case were the mobo is mounted on.

What could be the problem? and what would be the solution?

first of all, ground your case. about the 3.3Vrail, I think the voltage reader is broken

if it's broken, what can then be the reason that my system locks-up or just resets without any reason?
i reïnstalled windows and the only thing that i got rid of are the fatal blue screens.

I don't know either. if the 3.3V rails stays exact the same with two PSU's, it's your mainboard

we took everthing of the mobo and started to rebuild it, right now it works with only the graphics card en one hard disk, but the 3.3vrail stays on 2.61v.

the core of the cpu isn't crushed, so that woundn't give the error.

i gonna call tomorrow to tones to ask if it's possible the replace the mobo because it's in warrenty
but i have seen that tones doesn't sell epox motherboards anymore

Have you tried to actually measure the 3.3v line with a multimeter? I think mbm just reads the wrong sensor.

What reading do you get from vdimm?

where do i have to measure the 3.3v line on the mobo?

my vdimm is 2.6.08v
it could be that mbm says that the 3.3v line is the vdimm line
