NF7-s probs

yesterday i tested my NF7-s and it went up to 220MHz fsb without a hitch on 1.7vdd.
today i got sudden reboots and had problems getting into windows again. and suddenly i booted into windows on stock speed

what would be the problem? the hdd that fails a little (working on it though) , the mobo that is broken because i went to high on stockkoeling , the mem that could be broken or something else?

system consists of an 1800+ T-bred B , an abit NF7-s, 2*256Mb golden dragon Geil ram and an r9600pro (cheapo thing)
if you need more details plz ask

thx in advance
