Default Need some help with spec sheet.

I'm trying to find out what the max voltage is for the chips on my 2 pc3200 256mb apacer sticks but I can't make much of the spec sheet:

spec sheet (I think it's this one anyway )

I have set mine to 2.9Volt; not any higher. Did not show any improvement. Been running the pair at 2.8V for over 19 months. The 256mb will hit 255 mhz; the 512 only at 235 mhz.

yeah with 3V I could boot at 2-2-2-11 200fsb but not without memtest errors.

I get lock ups at 225 3-4-4-11 on test 5 on memtest but 223 is stable. I'm guessing it's not the max of the mem cuz I get the same thing with my corsair BH-5's and my mushkin BH-5's. That's with CPC off in bios. with cpc on I can make 223 stable with the 256 sticks and 219 with the 512 sticks.
