need help from argentine

Hi, I searched this webpage with the illusion of mending my system, the problem is that sometimes (2/4) when it's starting it freezes in the windows running icon ( I don't know how to say it) I formated, updated all drivers, and it is still doing that... What can it be?? Thanks...

Try to boot with only ram, cpu and grafic card.

Check ram with memtest....

reset the BIOS to default values, no overclocking, relax memory timings
