a) overclock it.. I can do that for him if he wants
that mobo can handle FSB 200 and higher
gives him good CPU speed
CPU is under warranty for 3 years, so he can RMA the proc if it's oc'ed too long and dies

b) Ti 4200 also gives him good GPU power. he likes watching moviez on his TV so it's handy with al the cables and soft it's bundled with

c) 512MB DDR makes games like BF1942 load sperfast, 256MB isn't enough. this is important for future games

with shipment and so it's gonna cost 700€

if he wants it cheaper, he CAN use 256 MB DDR but I don't really recommend it
BUT
when he's really going to need 512mb DDR, he can buy a 2nd stick of 256MB at a lower price. if he hasn't got that much of money now and doesn't need it right now, it's an option!
