medion 17" tft with dancing pixels
 

a friend of mine has a medion 17" tft but since a couple of days she's having some troubles with the screen.
the screen has only been bought a couple of months ago(aproximatly november).
the problem is as such:some parts of the screen are in a certain color or on the border between 2 colors . on these places pixels seem to change color all the time even if it is a static picture that is shown(hence the dancing pixels)

fixes that i've tried:
-reinstalling drivers of the graphics card (some s3 cloon)
-adjusting resolutions and refreshrates
-looking for drivers for the screen(didn't find any on the official medion site)

specs:
amd duron
256mb ram
via tech vt8361/vt8601<graka
md6155ak<medion 17 inch tft

any ideas how i can fix this
they'd be much appreciated

maybe you can go to your local Naldi shop and ask if they still send them back (I had an mp3 player with 2y warranty, but after 6 months you had to arrange it yourself to send the player to the factory).

check the gsc.be forum, they do the repair of the Aldi stuff, maybe there is some info or people with similar problems
