Default Launched by WISPTIS

Lately, my firewall ask me to allow programs launched by WIPSTIS.exe to get to the internet. I have 3 problems with this:
a) The programs were launced by me
b) wisptis seems to be a Tablet PC component (I'm running WinXP Pro SP1 )
c) 0.0.0.0:0 <- it's target ???

These are the details from Sygate PF.
If I block it, then I can't access the internet anymore until I reset sygate...

Better first have googled before I started a new topic

It apears to be something used in MSN7 for the handwriting, but also in Adobe Acrobat or frontpage '03 . It's safe, but it causes crashed, drains lots of resources. Luckily you can just kill it w/o problems.

There's a fix overhere to remove it:
