laptop won't go azerty
 

recently i had a laptop at my home
i reinstalled win98se
but now i cant get the keyboard to work in azerty
regional settings are set on belgium
and keyboard layout is set on belgium dutch
where else can i search for settings to solve this problem

Well my win98se days have been over for some time now, but that should do it.
Have you removed all other keyboard layouts? Might be another one still active.

and reboot the machine after you do!

country should be belgium and keyb frans (belgie)

keyboard Dutch(Belgian) is quite correct.
