Seems like keeping page size < 15Kb pays of.

It's a dynamic IP, but it almost never changes. My kotnet IP has never changed in three years. I don't know how frequently my Telenet IP changes, but I hope it stays the same too.

Kotnet is like one big network that is connected to the rest of the net via a central server. This is why your IP almost never changes.
Telenet hands out new IP's every 4-36 hours to keep their IP pool small.

Dit the same thing with Actua in the early days (when it was hosted @ home).

That's why the forumengine still uses very few bandwidth


But since I added support for attachments, I hosted it | priorweb (already a year).


Recently I'm trying to run a ut2004 server for some gaming with friends, but my IP keeps changing several times a day


Anyway, going littel bit offtopic...
