Again SS,with S questions!

Anybody having expirience with HIS graphic cards(OC capabilities,price/performance,durability),especially
ATI X800GTO,compared with other manufacturers? My local vendor said that HIS is quality brand name,but...

...and, X800GTO is not supporting pixel shader 3.0. Is this great handycap?
Iīm running now ATI Radeon 9550.I really need advice for upgrade.
Price in Croatia for HIS X800GTO-cca 230$ +new MOBO(PCI-Ex16)-cca 100$

Maybe i'm the only person in THE UNVERSE wondering about HIS graphic cards...cīmon,guys...anybody...
