Default HD drive letter

how do I change this? I've been working with HD's and I'd like to reorganise the drive letters

e.g.
HD #1 is now F, I want it to become C
HD #2 is now C, I want it to become D
...

another small problem: I made a RAID array with HD's 1&2, I detached it because I had too many problems
HD #1 of raid looks now like it's twice it's size. format: still twice his size and 50% full.

answer plz tonight, I'm (finally) going to a small LAN tomorrow
