Default Hard disk checking

Hello,
I got some problems with my hdd. My system was always in raid-0, until one hdd broke down.
After a fresh install on a single sata hd, i did several times chkdsk.

During the check, it gives me these messages (os= winxpprof NL) so its in dutch

After reboot, i did some normal daily handlings , and after a while i did chkdsk again. It give me this message again:

"verwijderen beschadigd kenmerkbestand (128,$BAD) uit beschadigd segment 8 in bestandsgegevens

*windows heeft beschadigde clusters in bestand 12237 met naam \system~1\_resto~1\rp8\snapshot\reposI~1\fs\index. btr

Can somebody explain me what these messages mean?
I hope the hd isn't broke.
