Default Geforce 3 connection scheme

I've been looking for a while for the connection scheme of the Geforce 3 ti200
the RAM-section in particular, I've gained lots of info on the voltage and even the core, but not on the RAMs, dan anyone help me out on this?

are you trying to do a voltmod?

if so: www.hwfaq.be , search for "voltage"

no not at all, that would be easy :-)

I'm trying to learn up on the card, I'd have some broken samples, that I'd like to **** up even worse, or maybe even get them to work again p
I got alot on the voltage allready, some on the circuits to the core but I got nothing on Ram-circuits, And I'd like to find stuff about that, just for basic knowledge and offcourse the ****ing up part
