Has anyone any solution? @ Sg not many replied there either, strange I believe. I believe it has something to do with my IRQ's but well yeah can't get it solved :(

IRQ State

TeuS 26th March 2003 14:16

it's prolly IRQ's, indeed

1. remove all PCI stuff
2. check manual concerning IRQ's

- IRQ sharing: e.g. the RAID controller on my Abit mobo uses the same IRQ as one PCI slot

-check wich PCI slot's share the IRQ whith another
e.g.: 1&4, 2&5, 3&6
your NIC @ PCI 2 & sound @ PCI5= trubble

but the PCI port sharing isn't always the same, check manual once again

A lot of problems can be solved when removing interfering devices near your PC: lamps, telefones, high voltage :D , ...

A lot of problems can be solved if you give your specs :D

No stuff near the pc, except some stupid not pc related things
