Dell m500

My brother baught a Dell m500 portable
http://www.dell.com/us/en/dhs/produc...inspn_500m.htm

everything fine, fast machine , stable machine , sharp and bright screen
but there is that coming back thing
the text in windows (like start menu) or shap but when visiting a website all the text gets blurry (still readable) but its annoying
is there any way fixing this ?
