Default Computer malfunctioning

Good evening

I'm getting crazy mad as one of the computers is really freaking out.

when i press te power buttong, the fans start spinning but no beep and no post,
then when i unhook power cable for +- 15 seconds, and press power button, the system beeps and posts and can work for over 3 days non stop.

What can this be?
what kind of hardware is in crazy mode and needs replacement?the PSU(only OEM component in pc)

Hardware is 915chipset,5xx P4,1gig ddr2,X800,...

thx for any help!
