how long does it takes till you get a new one?
and they don't make a problem of it?
don't they have to look first for damage or...
or do they send directly a new one?

first have too look off course if screws etc are still in place and then normally you get a new one. This can take up to 2 weeks I presume, depends of several things...

Try freezing it.
Won't Void Your Warranty and I've revived some drives long enough to make backups (full 80GB)
They do die eventually

when i start up, he detects for harddisk but they are not inserted, because i don't have any harddisk anymore.
so he goes to the cdrom boot menu

and then he says this

boot from atapi cdrom :
disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter.
