I have same Mobo and chip and 1gig of corsair and sp2.
Download latest BIOS....AUTO UPDATE DOES NOT WORK...says theres no update on server when there is.
Then go into AI overclocking set to manual and change DRAM voltage to 2.8.
Do not overclock more than 3%.
I would also get at least a 480 watt quality power supply.
