A7V8X And A9550 GE Problem !!!

I have A7V8X
power supply is 400w Ms industrial
Bios release is 1015 Beta 3
Vga is Gigabyte Ati Radeon 9000 Pro

When i put
Asus Ati Radeon A9550GE/TD/P
in my computer it will not boot....
Agp warn led is off
computer boots ....hdd led is blinking but no video signal......
when i clear cmos it boots to bios......then ....exit and save.....reset....
then again computer willl not boot...... till i again clear cmos.....
i've tried older bios revisions.....
iv'e tried to unplug power conn from cd and dvd driver.....(tought it may be low power...)
i don't know what else could i try
i've tried to put sapphire Ati Radeon 9550 128Bit 256Mb ...same problem
computer will not give video signal till i clear chmos and it will work until i reset....
What I should do...!
I would BE grateful if someone could help me

Did you load optimized defoults in the bios?
Try refitting the ram?
Is your pc giving anny beeps?

after a bios reset, check the bios video options.

do you have a pci video card you could use?

when i clear cmos default cmos settings are loaded!!!

with my gigabyte radeon 9000 pro vga computer is working normally.....
even when i put new vga computer boots (hdd led blinks) but no video signal......
no beep

it is like vga does not give video signal until i clear cmos....
i don't know what would be the difference...because.....the firts boot after clearcmos is the same default options as after first reset......
