Can't let the unit run longer then a minut other wise my compressor freezes, to much gass on it and bad evap lol
Made a new simple design going to call it evap 53 :D

make sure u got good hitting space for the gas and u will have a nice evap.
thoughe that disign would work nice, with a 3mm thick base.

You think it would be the best to place the cappillair right in the middle?

I see yes, evaporator lol the word says enough, gas needs to get the change to evaporate before it get's sucked away.
How is your cascade?

*edit*
could you post what your idea would be as a good evap? tekening ofzo lol ^^

blind_ripper 29th September 2009 13:20

cascade work and is standing right behind me, for evap i would go with maze disign.
see XS maybe they got some things u can check.

how long is the cap tube ?

At the moment i'm having a vaccuum pump connected to my system, within an hour or so i can tell how much difference my new test with other evap design will give me :D

I hope i can reach at least -1986°c ^^

New evap = better results like said :D
This weekend when i have the time i'm going to finetune the system , it reaches easy -45°c and still dropping but i need to insulate the suction line and lett of some gas, (compressor freezing)
For now i'm happy :D

My final results will come when i have the time to charge the system with either R410a or R402A, i can expect big improvements with those gasses . I took the R417A cause all other gasses would require new type of oil :)

To make a small compar.

R417a = - 41,8 *C, boiling point
R507 = - 47.2 *C boiling point in 0 bars.
R410a = -48.5 *C boiling point
R402a = - 49.2 *C boiling point
