1.65v? That's stock vcore?! Amazing... now up it to 1.75v  |
:super: UP ! UP! |
What motherboard are you using for this setup ?? |
p4c800. not up keep the voltage @ 1.65 (1.55 +0.1 in bios ) and stay put, how high is primestability? |
got a bios that supports 1.85vcore, but I'm not crazy :) maybe good for you calantak ? :p ftp://ftp.x86-secret.com/bios/p4c800_1006_003.zip the readout in MBM is 1.72 vcore, a bit to high for this cpu, but it needs it to reach 4130 mhz, not stable enough to do 3D mark all the way. primestable @ 4.05 ghz @ 1.68 vcore. the prom is working hard to get it at -30 idle (MBM5) in bios -20, readout from evaporator is -30. so I'm sure I got good contact. got some troubles with the resetbutton, it boots right away when it got's juice, don't know what the problem is. in windows it works just fine ? |
got some screens of the temps @ idle and load? alot of difference between @default and overclocked? :) ps: got your mail okay :super: |
their is not much difference between OC and standard. maybe 3°. stressed temp comming :p up. |
i have tried the new official bios, it works up to 1.975 volts vcore, but it undervolts a bit compared to the overvolting standard... however 1.975 is more than we need |
