SNDS/voltage degradation

Is there still voltage degradation on p4-800's?
you used to have it allready at 1.6 volts... has that changed?

used to have at 1.7+v, below = safe voltage

don't think the rules have changed though, putting more then 1.8v vcore throught the cpu will kill it... slowly
