start increasing the FSB by 10Mhz steps, boot into windows and run Orthos (google for it) stability checker, let it run for 10 minutes; if no errors, reboot machine and increase by another 10Mhz.

Continue to do this until the Orthos application fails. Reboot the system, go intot he BIOS and alter the vcore of the CPU a little (if you have this possibility, otherwise skip to the next paragraph). Continue to increase FSB in 10Mhz steps until you again see Orthos failing.

Decrease the FSB in 5Mhz steps and let Orthos run for 30min. at least. WHen you've reached the point of stability (30min+), decrease the FSB by 3-4Mhz and let Orthos run for a few hours to double check your OC'ed speed.

Do remember to try and keep memory speed as low as possible during your OC tests; you can check out our A64 indepth OC guide which will help you to get the hang of it:http://www.madshrimps.be/gotohowto.php?howtoID=58

thanks,
Your fellow Noob OC'R

Rivatuner and ATITOOL are the best software tools which you can use for overclocking the graphic card, for your CPU you should use tools like Clockgen, Systool, ...
Rivatuner and ATITOOL has compatibility which allmost every VGA card out there, the CPU overclocking tools are a bit more foccused on more popular hardware.
