normally yes, those heatercores ( the are called big mommas ) are one of the best, put a shroud on it and a nice fan, that should help

Yep, cpu. Its a 2500+ clocked @ 2100 mhz.


I'm still looking for lower temperatures.

Yeah, i think there's something wrong with the temp reading from the mobo. (after voltmod?)

Mine was cooler with aircooling... @7V...
I think you may want to check them temps with an external probe... Because that doesn't seem normal to me...
My watercooling gave me like.... 32°C stressed?:s
and that was a 2500+ clocked @ 2450MHz...

What block are you using?
