Default R9600Pro doesn't like cold air???

It was 0°c outside, so I decided to get there and overclock a bit.
My goal was to break my current records (those were obtained at 9°c ambient temp).

Strange enough, my vidcard (Sapphire R9600Pro) didn't get anywhere near the clocks I got at 9°c (it was even worse then I got at 12°c a few weeks ago ).

It's strange, it's has better cooling, better power (I used an old AT PSU to power the fans and HDD, so my main PSU was less loaded) and much better ambient temps.

What could have caused this ???

that's always a funny situation, been there once too, blowing icecold air into my room with one of those huge standup blowers

I doubt that it was condensation, but it's always a possibility

I don't know what my neigbourgs tought about it (and I don't realy care about that ), but my dad said that I was taking too much risks by just overclocking (if only he'd know I pumped a sick 2.1v throug the cpu  )
