I am planning to make my very own water cooling system ( except pamp ) .

How to build the radiator ? any suggestion .

I would visit a local carjunkyard and get a big-*** radiator from there

check our howto section on the main site www.madshrimps.com on how to create a waterblock (advanced skills needed though )

I don't recommend buildingn the radiator yourself. it will cost too much and will take too much time to make

you can get a heatercore for 30euro

Indeed "recycle" one of an old porche or something
Subaru impreza or mitsu evo's have got pretty big rads too.

I have an extra P4 heatsink + fan 9 ( the default one ) , what you guys ''' suggest me to do with it ? or use to deal with my DIY water cooling system ?

yes indeed buy a radiator, it's not that expensive
