PSU watercooling question My watercooled PSU is almost finished, but I've got one question before I try the PSU and blow my whole rig into pieces. :) Should I ground my PSU WB or not? I don't want my liquid to transport power. :s |
http://www.digital-explosion.co.uk/p...aterBlock.html They didn't mention it here. Or pherhaps you can email the guy (see end of the page) and ask what he did... |

but just to be shure: I'd go with tip one and/or ground your copper components. |
Ground on the PSU is the chassis right? or are you going to ground your copper parts to one of the black leads? |
How's the watercooled PSU doing ? |
I broke a diode while removing one of the heatsinks. I've mailed enermax.com.tw requesting the exact type of the diode i broke. Nothing heard from them yet.... :( In the meanwhile, I'm stuck with a very, very sucky 300W noname PSU. 11.20V on 12V rail and vcore = 1.52 if set to 1.65. Blah :( |
a) is that diode AC or DC? b) how many volts do you estimate it is? try using a regular diode |
