Default Project 8800GTS 512

any volounteers to mod two cards ?

Looking at previous clocks from other cards 1.36 or such will be enough to do 900/2100/1100 under water... let's hope these cards scale better than the 9800GT's.

Correction at the pics, should be twice 500 vrm's ( apparently 1K jumps to drastically )

Better late than never.... if your sample is like mine, you'll need towards 1.45v for 900MHz linked in 3DM03.

You know you're going up against Oliver and Goddy in this category? I've...considered jumping in too but I think i'd be held back by cooling

Thx sir Clapham, tested the cards today on water ( no mods ) both are happy campers at 818/2000/1125... For SLI results that's already nice, but thye will indeed need more juice for eg 900mhz action...

I guess mems don't really scale that much with extra volts, probable it may do more harm then good, correct? The SMD resistors are needed with 1,45V? I know it did the trick for the G80 GTS...
