hehe, you reminded me that intel has a processorfinder. very usefull

did some lapping today, this takes 3 hours to do my 3 bloks :grum:

so this is the cpublock before lapping



this is after grid 380



this is after grid 1000 and polisched







so tomorrow the gfx and NBblock goes under the lappinghand.

Jort, what's up with Watercooling.de, no reply? I have another vendor, perhaps even better that will send you a kit. It will have to be something different from what I'm doing (thats the hint) on their stuff, but if your interested email me.

Nice looking block there, keep up the good work. I want to see some extruded pin designs, and make the pins hollow! 0.5-mm thick from base of pin (and surrounding material) to base of block. The pins should then rise 1-mm from that base, so there is 1-mm from machined block's impingement zone surrounding the pins base, to pins top. Place about 100 pins in an area equalling the size of a P4 IHS, and then drill down into each pin 1.25-mm leaving just .25-mm between base and CPU surface.
