My card did like 440 in ati tool. But ingame no artifacts were visable at 460core.

read the ATI Tool FAQ and you know why your card clocks higher without artifacts in-game

440 with stock cooling ain't bad! Mine show artifact when i go higher then 400.
But I'll remove the heatsink and the thermal paste and apply some AS5. Maybe it will help
