OC'ing on air w/e8400

So, just had a question- Im using the e8400 duo, Zulaman 92?mm cooler, 5 case fans and the MSI P7N Platinum MB w/ Windows Vista x64. ALl drivers are up to date and x64bit.

In my Bios, I dont have the ability to OC the processer, its grey'd out and my Ntune programs do not run on Vista x64.

Im curious how to go about OCIng just a tad to about 3.3 or so to see how she preforms, and tips on how to get into the bios to OC w/ the setting that I cant seem to change..

Thanks~
