|  oc bios asus K8NE-DELUXE Hi I can't seem to find a bios for this mobo and i can't overclock the cpu, because everyting is locked  Does somebody know how to with this mobo? |

 | All BIOS files . What do you mean with locked? Multiplier is locked yes, changing FSB shouldn't be a problem....
