piotke, I can't remember exactly what you have to do, but i haad the same problem in the beginning. I think you need to set a particlar bios option to "1T" to have a huge boost.

Funny you mention the vcore fluctuation, I always found it rockstable with my 2.6C. These IS7's i've got here are a real pain in the ***: they undervolt 0.07v under stress. :/

hmmz what particular option?
only thing i can find is something do to with agp

somewhere in chipset settings
just below the memory timings, and just above the on board VGA settings.

btw, I found out what caused the Vcore fluctions Crappy PSU

most fluctuations are due to PSU probs, which one are you using now?

I have a chieftec 360 watt...

but I used a no name 300 watt for that p4 setup, max i got was 3317 Mhz, teki allready got it over 3.4 Ghz....

crap, really, not happy that I sold it

Yeah, i think that was the one. I thought it had to do with the integrated VGA card, but even without using it, it gave a big performance boost.

hmmz indeed, gives a nice boost although it looks like it's something for the onboard vga

too bad my apacer with crappy infineon chips runs only @ 250 4/5 2.5-3-6-3

u don't happen to have the i/o bracket ? the one from my old amd doesn't match the holes from the p4p800 and i can't find one here in antwerp
