Newcastle 754 3400+ OCing tips and guides?

Hey, I'm in need of a good helpfull guide on overclocking for an AMD 64 socket 754 proc perferrably for a 3400+. I think this processor im getting is a Castle but it could also be a Clawhammer. I hear Castles are better overclockers, is this true? The board I will be using is an MSI Neo Platinum Edition. Any advice or guides is greatly appiciated.

newcastles will overclock better due too their smaller die (less cache). clawhammers however need less overclock to achieve the same scores in benchmarks and in the end, the clawhammer is better. if you get a clawhammer, just make sure you get a recent one, they'll still have C0 revision memory controller but due to optimizations they will perform on par with the CG revisions (newcastles all have CG revision) and offer the same memcompatibillity
