Default new XP1700+: JIXHB!

The mighty XP1700+ JIUHB has a succeeder: the new JIXHB!

Anyone seen one in belgium yet? They seem to overclock as well as the best juihb dlt3c steppings (xmpw).

The first results ( from a friends ) - 2500MHz easily with at most 1.75V Vcore and good Air cooling....

One of the CPUs:

AXDA1800DLT3C 971934627xxxx
JIXHB0321TPMW

The interesting part is, that those don't like high voltages, higher than about 1.75V... 3 from 5 of those CPUs woudn't run at all !1.8V!!!!

One more thing - those are all BOXED CPUs!!!

well, I think AMD has just capped the max voltage of that chip: they're boxed so they have to give warranty, even when overclocked. as the maximal voltage isn't very high, there's less chance the chip would be fried & RMA'ed by an overclocker

I've been buying from newegg.com in the US. $45 normally JUIHB DUTC3 or DLTC3 and I've had great results.

Oh boy, I hope you don't get mad at me if they don't all perform as "advertised". I should have indicated that week 08 was the best week the Fab had. Everyone must have their fresh brewed tea, easy communte to Hinshu, and the clove ciggarettes were burning sweet (that and the wafer yeild seemed to at it peak).

By the by one of the best overclockers I had was a DUT3C week 08 JIUHB, from eXcaliper greenie meanie.
