i planning turning my casing color to black.
which color is nice,metallic black,shining black or no shining black?

to me, it looks like the 2 top LEDs don't get any power, it might be that the wires are broken at the LED's feet.
Or do you or your motherboard controll the fanspeeds ? If so, that's why the LEDs don't work properly..

For the black, glossy black realy looks great (bling bling ), but it's not that easy to paint using a spray paint can.

1~2 ground layers, than 2 color layers.
