Default Mhz vs Cas??

Hi

Ok I am doing a complete upgarde in 4-6 days

Mobo: ASUS PC800 E Deluxe
NB heaat sink: NB-1
CPU: P4 3.4 ee
Video Card: 6800 ultra
Cpu heatsink: SP-94 with delta 90x90 fan
HDD: 2 Western Digital 74g raptors
Case: Lian-Li PC-7077
PSU: Enermax 550 watt EG651AX-VH
Monitor: NEC/MITSUBISHI DP2070SB-BK 22"
Sound: Audigy 2 ZS gamer

But I cant figure out what ram to get

I will be overclocking for gaming.

I do not believe the 3.4 ee will be a great overclocker so do I go with low cas low mhz or go high mhz high cas memory?

Currently I am looking at these rams

1. Mushkins PC-3200 Level 1 Black 2.3.2 5ns
Mushkins PC-3200 2.2.2 6ns
2. OCZ DDR PC-3700 Platinum Enhanced Bandwidth Dual Channel
3. OCZ EL DDR PC-4000 Dual Channel Gold

Any suggestions or words of advise?

Tyvm

go with low timing ram, CL2 2-2-5 at 200 beats ram running CL2.5 4-4-8 at 250Mhz

corsair has some new memory out capable of running 2-2-2-5 at ddr 400 speeds.
otherwise, those EB sticks from OCZ are in my humble opinion the best choice in that list of yours
