Default Memory OC question

Hey guys. I am a newb in OCing. I was looking at the memory timing for DDR2 800 (pc-6400) rams. I figured out the timing I want which is 4-4-4-12 but how do I make it run at 800 MHz? I see an Option that says "MClock" and its set 200MHz. Do I change that to 400MHz in order for it run it at 800MHz since it is dual channel? Thanks in advance

looks to be an okay board (Gigabyte NF590) but no OC champion, would suggest downloading "CPU-z" from the web and check the memory tab to see your memory speed, than increase the Mclock by 1mhz and go in Windows to see what effect it had in CPU-z
