Default memory chips

In all the better reviews, I read about what chips are on the memory they are testing in that review, but when I try to find out these sort of things, I can't find it:

I've looked on Tyan's site once and coudn't find those sort of specs for the graph cards

I've just looked on OCZ's site but I can't find it there eather.

I don't know who told me but I've been told I should normally find these sort of things on the manufacturer's site but so far that hasn't been working out.

Anyone know where I can find this sort of info?

Only if it's a very "special" chip, that's used, then they mention it.

Up to now a lot of twinmos memory sticks passed through my hands, allready seed 6 different chips

BH5
CH5
Twinmos 50D
Twinmos 50B
Mtec 50D
MTec something else, forgot

They just use what's available

And I'm trying to find out what OCZ mem uses BH-6. I guess I'll have to go through that entire thread at XS :/
