very nice case, would be sad to make scratches in the plexi

the mat + white LEDS make it

But I'm not such a great fan of the shape

Well, since i loved that plexi case as much as anyone else who saw it here, and i couldn't get my water cooling in my Gigabyte 3D Aurora, i decided to make a plexi case as well.

Slightly bigger, as i hav a tiny bit more hardware, but i like the result.

Well, unfortunately not.

As this is the first actual mod i ever did (both making the case and installing the water cooling), i really had no idea what part to take pictures from.

Also, since i live in a very small appartment, i made the whole thing on my eating table. So taking pics of all the mess on it wouldn't really say much. And i have no space left to lie the stuff down properly in order to take pics from it either

Still, it is not such a very complex case, as i drew the blueprint of it in about 5 minutes on a piece of scrap paper, and i never had to modify it because of miscalculations or so.

Basicly, it was just: calculating the dimensions (which are 37x25x55cm), cutting out the plates and the openings in them, cutting the metal l-profile for the edges and screwing the whole thing together. So not much work for making a log, right?

He probably used a 12V relays to hotwire the second PSU. Hotwireing is done by connecting PS_ON with a ground wire.
