This used to be a problem, but transferring paypal money to your normal Belgian bankaccount is possible since 2003. Just don't leave anything on your paypal account and it's pretty safe.

You're right... I have 0.96$ on my Premier Paypal account
Didn't know you could transfer money to a belgian account now...
Will have to check that out.

Edit: Just added my belgian account number to my Paypal account and transferred my US$ balance to Euro (0.85 Euro... )

Be awere you have to pay a fee (3% or something) if you want to receive money (unless you haven't got a free account).

I know (I have a Premier account).
I just have to add the 3% fee to the amount due when I get paid (as does Cathar for example).
