1333 strap is quite a bit slower than 1066 strap. Just put the darn thing on 1066 + 25%

ok then, why don't you bench with your old Athlon 64

Memory access is about 15% slower with 1333 strap. Differences will be small, but noticeable I think (why don't you find out
